2026 CHILI COOK-OFF

Congratulations to Dianna Johnson as the winner of the "People's Choice" award for the tastiest Chili in the 2026 Chili Cook-off sponsored by the Board of Christian Outreach.  $110 were raised for future Christian Outreach Projects!  Thank everyone who volunteered, participated and ate!

Children's Choir Groups are forming for grades 1-5 and 6th-12th.  Ms, Karen a newly retired music and choral instructor with many years experience has volunteered to help our youth with their musical skills.  This is a very exciting opportunity for our children.  Sundays are the rehearsal days please see the calendar for dates and times.

LWML meets every Tuesday for fellowship and sewing. Our meetings are on the second Tuesday of each month.  All ladies are welcome.  Mite boxes are collected on the first Sunday of each month. LWML hosts an Octoberfest dinner each year after the late worship service.

There is a current need for members of the Trustee's Board if you are interested contact the Church Office.

Scholarships are available to FLC Members who are furthering their education. For applications please call the Church Office.

Pick up a Portals of Prayer for timely devotions and prayers in the Narthex. Large print Books are available.

The Board of Christian Education gave donations to Lehman Missionary Family in Puerto Rico, Hope 4 One, Mending Arrow Ranch, Isaiah House 117 in Bradley County, Family Promise, Willowbend Farms, and Foundation House Ministries through Sunday School Offerings-What a blessing for our community and those in need!
